Error Code 2000-0620

 

I get this during a pre-boot diagnostic. I read a post on the form, and understand the explanation. If an ethernet cable was connected to the ethernet port, when I got the error, something is wrong with the ethernet port. If I get the message, and no ethernet cable was plugged in, the test can't be run.

 

But why am I getting the error? I reran the test with an ethernet cable connected to the network, I get the same error. When I update the bios firmware with the ethernet cable and port, it works. So the port works.

 

So again, why am I getting this error?
