We have deployed the Latitude 7480 and 7280 laptops with the thunderbolt model TB 16  dock. The USB C connector that plugs into the laptop are breaking an an extremely high rate. I am wondering is there an alternative to this cable/dock that is not as susceptible to the plastic casing cracking and causing the wires to come loose. See image below.
