xps 13 issues with keyboard & trackpad

Question

Having and issue with my  xps13 curser bounce around the page, keys sticking and as well as the mouse board.  Any suggestions

Same issues out of the box with my Dell Developer Edition XPS -13-9343 in addition to wifi not registering after waking on occasion.  I tried installing Ubuntu 15 but the installation failed and I had to restore back to Ubuntu 14 and the same issues persist.
