Hi,
Update the BIOS version in our website (enter Service tag > Drivers and Downloads > BIOS tab)
Also, uninstall and reinstall the Command Center following ALL the steps on the article below:
SLN303405 - How to Remove and Reinstall the Alienware Command Center

Hi
i updated my bios as you seid. then i removed the alienware command center, but i can not faind the command center installer form my ALIENWARE13 windows 10 64 bit laptop. it seems ther is no one for these device.
