During boot I get Dell screen, XP screen then it goes blank for about 60 sec and automatically reboots. This cycle will continue unless I power down. I have talked with tech support many times to no avail. They finally said the motherboard was bad. I replaced it yesterday and still the same problem. Tried new hard drive too. After I format the new drive and try to install xp it says unable to copy file xxx it is not a xp system file. I have tried a second reinstallation cd to rule out a bad cd. Still the same problem. I put new ribbon cables on today to no avail. I think I have tried everything but a new processor and power supply.

I am ready to shoot it. Any help would be appreciated.
