For now, just enjoy your new computer and don't worry about updating bios, drivers, etc. unless you experience trouble running programs, printing, scanning, etc. With your specs, you have the best computer on the market right now, it probably cost a fortune. Use it heavily during the first 30 days to ensure there are no major problems and just enjoy your system. I bet that Trinitron monitor is sweet. The best advice anyone gave me on computers is that if it isn't broke, don't fix it and don't break it if you can't fix it.
