System: 4100, 800 mhz, 256 RAM, Win 98SE

When I try to print it will dial my ISP and the connection shows information is being sent and received.

Matt at Dell Tech Support says it can't be a virus because I have Norton AV and I should check with Epson because it is a printer problem?????

I think Tech support just wants to always put us off on someone else instead of trying to answer.

Please can someone here help?
