Recent Dell Chat

Now first off yall dont get me wrong, but i host 3 websites myself. but this chat i had with Dell just rubbed me all the wrong way. anyone else see anything wrong with this chat? but the website was saying by a XPS630 for 999. starting out with a duo processer...but id say they will fix that fast...lol
