I have a Dimension 2100 series. The other day I turned on the computer as usual and my desktop links weren't working. Finally after about 2 minutes they came up, then after that they came up at normal speed. System Restore works but when I reboot, it goes back to doing the same thing. My system is only 2 months old and has never done this before. I did a diagnostic check, everything is working fine, and it doesn't need compressed or anything like that. Can someone tell me what is going on? Thanks!
