Dell 5721

Question

Hi i recently bought a dell insprion 5721 and after the first few days some weird things started to act up. my sound starting to have static noise and when i try to play youtube the sound did not work until i restarted it and when i wanted to use spotify it didn't work. i had to restart it again. the error that i got from spotify said that there was something wrong with my audio card.  Thanks for the help

I suggest you to update the audio drivers by downloading them from the following link after punching in the system Service Tag:

The audio driver update may fix the issue. Please let me know about your findings.
