HELLO,

I HAVE THE DELL n4010 and one day the fan stopped working on a regular basis and i can barely use the computer without if over heating to a point where it turns itself off. Luckily for me this problem occurred 1 month after my warranty expired so I cant send it back to dell again. This is where it gets interesting though. On some occasions the fan actually works properly but it doesn't start every time i boot my computer only very infrequently. Is there anyway I can ensure the health of my fan and that it turns on each time I turn my computer and not occasionally?
