high cpu temperature

Inspiton 1520Windows XP SP2Intel Core 2 Duo T7300:2.0Ghz, 4MB cache, 800MHz FSB2GB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAMNVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT with 256MB dedicated graphics memory when i'm watching a Hd movie, the processor's temperature grows to about 80°C. and the video card is about 60-70°C. what should i do? because i think the temeperatures are high, especially wheni'm playing a game and the graphic card is so hot..about 80°C. and another problem is that when i play music, hard music, just like heavy metal, my speakers just interrupt about half of second and then play again and so on. when i plug my headphones or another set of speakers into the 'line out'  this problem disappears. i'm looking forward to get a reply to this message. thank you

Hi,

make sure that when you are on the computer to place it on a flat surface. On a table would be the best. Also bios updates may also help the thermal issue. It would tell the fan to turn on earlier to cool faster.
