make sure that when you are on the computer to place it on a flat surface. On a table would be the best. Also bios updates may also help the thermal issue. It would tell the fan to turn on earlier to cool faster.

i always keep it on a flat surface..it's not that the problem.. i upgraded my bios.. i would take my laptop to a dell service but there is no service in my country and i can't afford to spend too many time without it by sending it in another country. and still don't know what's the solution for my sound card/speakers...?
