I have a laptop Inspiron 4000, service Tag 2NYN41S.

Before, the keyboard had fail some key. I bring my laptop to PC care to prepair.

I think they disconect power and unplug battery so along time, thus bios had been lost.

I updated Flash bios reversion A23 which download from Dell website. After screen Dell logo appear, the top screen has a error "Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility". I don't know why sound card (ESS Maestro 3) cannot accepted driver. Before, I used the driver download from Dell website and this correct but now this not. I tried so many driver download from Dell website and ESS Technology but problem cannnot solve. All of other hardware is OK.
