I alreeeeeeeeeeeeeadddddddddy haveeee got my keeeeeeeeeyboard replaced once. The problem continues to exist. I am not sure replacing the keyboard again will solve the problem.

Is there any other solution?

Try an external keyboard (USB).  If it works, the keyboard controller is bad - i.e., it's time to replace the mainboard.

I have a similar problem with my Latitude D620 when it is docked in the DELL D/Port Port Replicator.

I changed the external usb keyboard but the problem persisted.

When I use the d620 undocked there is no problem.

The frustrating thing is that the backspace also repeats itself randomly so when i want to edit the mistakes i sometimes lose all the work.

Any solutions?
