Hi,

I have had my Dell Inspiron 17r 7720 since March 2013 if I remember correctly, and I noticed an issue with the network/wireless adapter.

When I am using wi-fi, after 10-15 minutes of watching a video or doing anything, my connection goes to "limited connection" and I have to disconnect my internet and re-connect every time. It didn't seem to happen at the beginning, but since 2-3 weeks ago, this has become a huge issue. It is very annoying because I have to re-connect my internet every time.

I have checked the other two laptops in my mouse and they have zero issues. I tried resetting the network adapter settings on this laptop and on my modem, and the issue is not solved. 

I would like to know what I can do to fix this issue. I tried to figure out the issue with the live chat, but there was no answer and it seems confusing. The email took me to the diagnostic and the diagnostic didn't even finish. I do run regular hardware check-ups and it does not show any issues.

I think the network adapter is faulty or dying, but I am not sure. 

Is there a way I could fix this issue or get the part replaced by Dell?

By the way, the network adapter is: Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 2230.
