This is a known problem with internet explorer they have a couple of things you can do to inprove your display here are all the best fixes i know of.
1.Right click a empty spot on your desktop click properties then apearence then effects make sure clear type is selected in the second pulldown box.Then go to the settings tab then select advanced make sure your dpi is set to 96 and set your laptop to it's native resalution.
2.Regestry fix for Internet explorer.
3.Open interner explorer click tool then internet options scroll down to Automatic imace resize and uncheck box.
4.Click start then run type in regedit click ok or enter select HKEY_CURRENT_USER
+ Software
+ Microsoft
+ Internet explorer
Double click ( Main )
On the right side scroll down to USEHR = dword:00000001 double click on it a box will display in the top left corner
Change the value to 0 USEHR = dword:00000000 close all + and exit
.Download this nifty tool which will improve your text run it and you are done.
