S/PDIF Digital Audio

HI, there was a component video adapter that let me out the digital sound. It isn't anymore for sale.

Can i get the digital sound otherwise? It is a 7 pin miniDIN regarding to it.

I just need digital for the receiver i'm using now and for its lossless transport.
