I have a Dell Vostro 1500 laptop (2002) Core 2 Duo; 1.4 Ghz, 795 MHz, 1.99 GB RAM, Can the XP OS be  upgraded to Windows 8.1 or is it's life over :-). (Non-tech savy Senior here.)
