I use a Smartstep250. Lately I have tried to clear space on my C drive but it seems 8Gb of  my memory is unaccounted for. I've used space anlysing software like Showsize and hand calcutation and the result show that I should have 16Gb free but windows only shows 8. Any ideas? Is there any software I can use to acess the disk directly, ie bypass windows?
