Inspiron 8100 will not boot, it turns on but the screen stays blank and the power button and the HDD activity light remain a solid green. Before, I would be able to turn it on every 12 hours. After it turns off I would have to wait another 12 hours before the computer boots up. The bios version is A15. I am guessing that the bios battery has run out of juice. What do you think?
