My Dell 17R 5720 running Win 8 64-bit does not launch the Recovery screen when holding down the Shift key and tapping F8 during POST so I can get to safe mode. What I've found so far on the internet leads me to think this may be related to UEFI utilized instead of the usual BIOS. Any help with this?
