I just got my 2007WFB and it seems as if its stuck in the down position. I know to press the button to release it but it isnt working. Its brand new so i was wondering if all of the parts are just stiff or if there is a malfunction with the button. Im having a hard time pressing it to the point where my knuckles and joints crack from trying to press it. Anybody encounter a similar problem. Please help!!!
