Hi, 

I have an issue with my U2421HE. When I connected to a Windows PC via HDMI, the U2421HE USB Type-A port is not working? But when I connected via USB Type-C port ( Windows laptop),  the USB Type-A port works fine. What can I do to fix it?

UPDATE= Some monitors will have a USB upstream cable where the users can connect the monitor to the system via HDMI connection and then connect the USB upstream cable to the system. This will allow the users to use the USB ports on the monitors. On this system, we do not have an upstream port and hence the function works via Type C cable connection only.
