A few days ago I switch on my U2719DC just to realized a crack in the bottom left corner. You do not see it while the monitor is off. I don't know want exactly happened? Someone/something seems to have hit the monitor from the side. It could not have been that hard, but maybe a pointing item.

Result: a small (<1mm) horizontal line of distortion across the monitor. So far you are right to say: My fault.

Since it did not bother me to much I kept working. But today the monitor seems to have degraded further. I does not display anything useful any more, not even the "Input search" info box after power cycling.

A took a video of the built in diagnostics, which looks not good.

Maybe some internal connector got loose?

Can you please give some advice? Before the degradation it was at least usable!

Monitor is still under warranty. It is a refurbished replacement part. As you see in my history.
