At times I face a situation where my screen gets a black screen and say there is no signal from USB-C cable.

Typically, it happens when my laptop has been locked over a period of time and when I wake it up, there is no reaction from the U2723QE. The workaround is to pull the power cord off and plug it again afterwards. I don't think my solution is healthy, but is there any suggestions?
