U3419W, USB Type-C, USB camera not getting USB 3 speed

I have a U3419W monitor to which I have a USB webcam, mic, and wireless dongle for my keyboard/mouse  connected. I also have it hooked up two laptops using the USB Upstream links (1xHDMI, 1xDP). I can switch between the two using the built-in switch and everything seems to work as it should.

I recently added a third laptop to the mix that has USB Type-C video & charging. At first, this seems to work with everything too. But I noticed my webcam isn't getting up to it's full resolution on the 3rd laptop. In one of the device menus, Windows 11 is saying "This device would work better if connected at USB3 speeds".

The camera plugged into the USB Type-C port and gets full resolution. The camera is getting full resolution on both other laptops when going through the monitor hub. But when going through the monitor hub and through USBC (which is simultaneously doing video), I'm not getting the full range of resolution.

Is this a limitation of doing video & data through USB Type-C? Could it be the USB Type-C cable provided with the monitor? Could it be the laptop (2021 Zephyrus G14)?
