Cannot connect to internet using dial-up
I have a Dimension 2350 which is 3-4 years old, but has always worked great for us. Recently I have been unable to connect to the internet. Right now dial-up is our only option. The modem dials, verifies username/password, then states it is unable to connect (error 619). I was on the phone with my ISP for an hour last night. Everything is fine on their end. We even removed the modem then let it install itself again. The problem seemed to start when I installed a new Lexmark printer. I have since uninstalled the printer, but problem still persists. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thank you.

choose communications and select your modem model. if you don't know your modem, go to your device manager.
