Can't logon to a network - time difference

Hi,

 

I cannot logon because the time service says my time is different.  The last admin left and took the local admin password with him.  I have no local account.  I have tried "Last Known Good",
"Safe Mode with and without  Networking", and Domain Admin.

Any ideas?
