Failed Network interface 4600C

A few days ago I recieved a new VoIP router.  I've been struggling to get it to work.  I finally got it to work a day or so ago with a caveat...I couldn't e-mail while on the phone. I know...a bandwidth issue.  This morning I could not get Windows to load.  It stops when it loads the AGP440.sys driver.  From my other research I've figured that I've got a hardware issue.

So...to check out the router, I've hooked up another computer to the router and tried to send an e-mail while on the phone.  It worked...so I've come to the loose conclusion that my issue is the network interface in the 4600C. My question is this: can I put in a new network card?  The current card appears to be integrated into the motherboard.  Or...do I have to replace the motherboard?

Any input here will be appreciated.

Thanks

You can install a small form factor PCI 10/100 ethernet adapter in the 4600C.  It will cost you less than $10 after rebate.

Is this your first time to experience this error? If it's the first time, did you try do system restoration of your OS.

When configuring voip, did you install software to your system or a configuration only on the voip router. Did you try to ping your LAN Card? What's the response?

Sometimes, there are issues regarding installation of the new hardware whether it's internal or external, it can be compatible or not compatible - if it worked then prior to the installation of the router voip - then your LAN Port might be working.
