Ok i have a Inspriron 530s and i have good connection with one pc and on this one i have trouble even getting on the internet. I have used dells restore back to factory settings. I have the pc check connectivity and it says connection is running fine. the system has windows vista. And when i do get a page it runs really slow. I was thinking of a virus or spyware but will it still be on the pc when u restore it to factory?

when i try and get to dell chat support it almost always fails to load the page.

Oh and it is using a ethernet cable straight to the router the very same one this one is using with no problem.
