That depends on your network setup, whether you are trying to connect by wired or wireless, whether or not you have recently removed spyware, and a number of other factors.  If you give us more details, perhaps we can help.

How do I fix the problem of Limited or no connectivity?  My son and I tried to reset the modem and it still does not work.  I have an Inspiron 600m but he has an Inspiron 6000 and it works just fine.  I also have a desktop connected to the modem.

I do not know how to remove the WEP key.

 it is a bug in xp service pack 2 the fix is simple but a bit obscure even if you have disabled the windows firewall go start then control pannel windows firewall advanced untick the wi-fi option restart your computer problem fixed from Gary sales@thurcastonwebsites.com
