Can you be more specific about what you mean by slower.....?
Have you run any reference tests , file-copies, pings, ftps etc ......on a Win-2k-Win2k connection and then on an XP - XP connection
Is the network connectivity /subnet common or switched, on different sections or chassis ?

Have to repeat my self here - as I more info needed from you
(1)Have you run any reference tests , file-copies, pings, ftps etc ......on a Win-2k-Win2k connection and then on an XP - XP connection
(2) If no to question (1) then do some reference tests and post them here
(3) Is the network connectivity /subnet common or switched, on different sections or chassis ?
