Printing Problem

Hi, hope someone can help.

I have two Dell Dimension 9150 PCs and a 964 AIO Photo Printer. Wireless network setup.

PC 1 connected to a Belkin Wireless Modem/Router. PC 2 connected to the printer via a 964 Wireless Printer Adaptor.

I can access the internet on either PC despite the signal on PC2 being weak.

I can also print from PC 1. I cannot seem to print from PC 2 despite the fact that it is connected to the Printer, albeit through the Wireless adaptor. I keep getting a message on PC 2 saying that the printer cannot communicate with the PC. The printer is enabled for sharing on both PCs.

What am I doing wrong?

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Many thanks.

Reinstalled print adaptor and printer software and set them up again and both print now, but its a bit of a nuisance. Don't know why I keep getting these faults.

Could it be because the signal is showing as weak? I've moved the external USB wireless adapter  connected to PC2 and stuck it up on the wall and the signal is steadier and much better. I hope it sorts this problem out.

Hope you can help again.

This time, I cannot connect PC2 to the Wireless Network. It seems to be looking for a network key. I have not set up any WEP or WPA security at all and all was working up to today.

PC1 seems to be ok and says the network is working. However when I connect to  192.168.2.1 it brings me as usual to the Belkin login page. Up to now the password has been blank but now it will not let me login to change any settings.

Can security be suddenly switched on?

Any thoughts on how I can fix this? I'm lost.

Many thanks.
