TCP/IP internal loopback test
15 5578 2-in-1 lap top, I have run a full test and it said TCP/IP internal loopback test cannot run. then I run
a test just for network card and it passed. pc was running slow but seems to be ok now
its a intel (r) dual wireless-ac 3165

I have the same exact issue with mine. It "dogs" down my computer from time to time. How do you fix it? I have factory reset my computer numerous times to no avail.
