Hi Bob Bazzini,

May I know the exact system model. You may be able to swap the operating system from 64 bit to 32 bit, however the policy may vary from region to region.

After you swap the operating system:

  • The system may not run correctly with the other operating system (possibly due to lack of drivers, or software incompatibilities)
  • Your end user license agreement (EULA) only allows you to run one version of the operating system at a time. So, the "old" operating system must be removed from the system when the "new" operating system is installed

Please reply if you have any questions.
