Wireless Connection Help

I have an Inspiron 1501 and a westell versalink 327w router.  I have three users on it, but I can only connect wirelessly when on as the admin.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to have all users connect wirelessly? Also I don't understand what the wireless PC card is supposed to do. No light comes on if I have in in the slot. I have Windows XP Media Center. I only have a laptop. And as you can

tell I'm new at this. Tried to go with the self help part but only see a red x in a box when trying to see the wireless card.:smileysad: . Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
