(redirected) Backorder
I ordered an Xbox one on 12-2-2014, I'm fully aware that this is a hot holiday item. The confirmation e-mail originally advised that I'd get my order delivered on or before 12-08-2014. I've gotten 2 e-mails telling me that there will be a delay since the original e-mail. I call today and I'm finally told its on backorder. I've purchased a laptop and tablet from Dell and everything has been received late. How do you know what to believe from this place??? I'm tired of expectations not being set/ met. Any recommendations? Should I move my business from Dell??
