I had operating system Windows on my computer Dell OptiPlex 7410. After the installation of the new operating system Linux Mint, Windows was removed. The BIOS update requires an operating system: Windows, Ubuntu, just BIOS. What operational system BIOS should I choose? I was advised not to update the BIOS to break the computer. What should I do?
