Error on PE2850: EB107: Proc machine Chk

Our PowerEdge 2850 shows an orange display with the following message:
EB107: Proc machine Chk
 
does anyone know what it indicates or how to solve this issue ?
 
any help highly appreciated.

Probeer je vraag eens in het Engels te stellen. De meeste mensen op dit forum kennen geen Nederlands...

Are you running Dual Processors? If so, remove the second CPU and run on the single CPU to see if issue happens again. If it doesn't happen, remove the first CPU and run the second CPU in the first socket. This should allow you to see which CPU is causing the problem and needs to be replaced.
