Poweredge T310 Memory Upgrade

Hey.

I purchased an old T310 for basic home server uses and decided to upgrade the memory from 4GB to 16GB. I have the Xeon X3430 CPU, and currently have this RAM installed (The two without the heatspreader) but then I purchased this RAM to replace the current memory but when I installed them in the correct slots (1&2 and 3&4 I think?) or any of the slots, the system did not post.

Do I have the wrong memory here or is it DOA?

Any advice would be great.
