replace rack rails?

That is something that would be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer accidental damage/complete care warranties on our servers or racks/rails, so if you physically damage something on purpose or accidentally it is not covered by any warranty. The only way I can see justifying replacement of bent rails is if they were received that way or there was some type of defect.

If you have a non-standard/custom warranty then it may also be covered.

It was a spam post. Spammers will create posts that are kind of related to the topic in a thread and provide links to the site they are trying to drive traffic. It is now removed.

FYI if you read the post hes not looking for removal and installation instructions hes asking if dell is going to send him new rails because he bent his by accident
