Hi @lgkahn,
Thank you for your feedback and share on the information about your server with Windows Server 2019.
Hopefully, this can help the community users if they have any troubles. They have someone who manage to upgrade the server to Windows Server 2019.
About the compatibility matrix, I'm unsure what are the requirements for engineering to do test and verify that the server is fully compatible with the OS. I'll put your note on the social case about your success.

ore iinformation
server 2022 would not install as it complained about the perc 6 controller.
I swapped this out for a perc h700 make sure
these are the cables that work with it with the existing chansis.

once that is done and you first boot up with the connectors correct you can import a fioreign configuration and it will pull your raid in.
However on next boot it will say boot drive inaccessible (becuase windows does not have a driver for h700)
let it boot to that twice on the 3rd time.. choose repair and it was either boot or system settings
boot to safemode..
goto device manager
select discover new hardware.
goto the h700 under storage contgrollers and see that a driver is loaded.
reboot.
now it should boot with the h700 controller..
next if you install windows server 2022 it will work fine!

hope this helps..
