922 printer

Question

My 922 all in one printer is covering the printed page with blue lines. The printer is regulary used and the cartrdiges are failry new and are showing  almost full on the icon. i have tried cleaning the nozzles but even the test page prints with the blue lines across the page

I was wonder if you ever got this problem solved? I am having the same problem but with yellow lines.

The problem was resolved today. I bought a new colour cartrdige and it is now working great. I contacted Dell printers and the lady has been most helpful. You only get a short guarantee time with cartridges so I had to purchase the replacement.
