A940 scanning problem

i have a dell all in one printer, and when i try to scan or open up the all in one center i get an error message that saysProgram:C:\Program Files\Dell AIO Printer A940\dlbaaiox.exeThis application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. I have reinstalled software

I have the same problem and I don't know what to do. Have you or anyone solved it yet? I have tried to reinstall the drivers it still doesn't work!
