Hi all

We have a DELL 3000cn which after it powers on gives this error: "009-359 Restart Printer Contact Support IfMessageReturns". I have attempted firmware upgrade to no avail.

Can you suggest a solution or a probable description to this fault?

Once in this state the printer is unoperable.
