In the report generated by ExMailStatus.exe -a [address] I had 4 Non-Processed Messages. I tried to reprocess these messages with ExBadDirProcessor.exe. This worked for 3 messages, but 1 message wasn't processed because it was in the DB already and had a volume associated with it.

Is there a way to resolve this? I haven't tried the -nv option yet because the volume still exists. Or can I safely delete this message from the BadDir?
