apple is terrible and shouldnt be present on windows =P

Heh, thanks, did that, but I'm still having trouble with antivirus programs. I've tried installing a couple other ones, and they also were unable to get access to install. I'm wondering if something happened and my account's administrative capabilities were altered? Does anyone know if there is something else I could try?

If you use any Apple Mobile Devices (iPod for example) you will need that. If you don't, the specific Apple software can be removed via Add/Remove Programs.


This was an opinion from someone who is here getting help with his own malware problem, and he is not listed as a graduate of the HijackThis and malware removal schools that we contacted.
It is understood that once a helper replies to a log, he continues working with you until the issue is resolved.

GrayCrane, you have some choices:


1. You can, at risk, continue working with the person who has taken ownership of this thread.


2. You can repost your log at the top of the forum as a New Message, and wait for a trained analyst to reply.
