Can you help me with this?  I am going insane with this issue.  It took me an hour to do this today because my computer wouldn't let me make a new message on your board.  THANK YOU for any help you can provide!

I was infected with this virus and it seems to have added more viruses to my computer.  Today McAfee quarantined Generic Dropper.au from files A0062699.EXE, TMP0.EXE, TMP1.EXE, TMP2.EXE, TMP3.EXE and AdClicker-FC.gen.a from files A0065768.DLL, DRNPFDXOPX.DLL and AdClicker-FC from files A0065771.DLL, ETLRLWS.DLL.
