Sorry you are having problems.
In order to help you please do the following:
Go to this link: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html and download that program and install in on your C: drive.
Run the program and post the log on this thread.
Also when you are at the site under spyware download AdAwareSE and do a deep scan of your system and what it finds tick and delete.
Then go toAdd-Ons (on AdAwareSE) and choose VX2 cleaner, add it, run it and delete what it finds.
After you post your HJT log wait untill someone that knows that program get's back to you. Do not attempt to delete anything from that program.

Also when deleteing a program try first going to Add/Remove programs and delete from there first and then just delete the shortcuts.
I don't see why that would make a difference but it is just a idea that you might try.

Take a few deep breaths, and just hang tight!
Steve

gcaie,

Go ahead and download hijackthis. It will give us a picture on what's goining on inside your pc. Hopefully, it'll show us what's cauing the problem.

-----

Download, unzip and run hijackthis. click "scan", then "save log". when notepad comes up with a log of your system, select all the text and copy/paste it back as a reply to this post. close both notepad and hijackthis. don't try to fix anything with it just yet, as most of what it reports is good.
