Version of Windows? Do you get an error message? I assume you tried the normal method of launching the Toolbar?

Spybot Search & Destroy:

Hijackthis (to analyse your system and submit a log file to expert forums):

Kelly's Korner has a tweak (number 3 here) that might help if your problem is a simple Windows corruption.

You can also try the XP repair tool sfc.exe (system File Checker). You must be logged in with administrator rights. Go to Start\Run button and type:

sfc /scannow  

You will possibly need the XP CD for any repairs indicated by this scan.

You weren't a problem...computer malfunctions are the big problems. It's nice to get help online and fix them without spending $100 for some guy to reformat your hard drive and say here she is is ready to go again!
